Parts made from mixing and injecting PU materials into a rapid mold and cured through chemical process of polymerization, cross linking in a low pressure and room temperature environment. With high efficiency, short production cycle, low cost advantages, RIM suitable for small-batch trial production during product development, as well as production of small-volume products with simple structures and large thick-walled and non-uniform wall thickness products.
