The precondition of the best fan motor shafts we offered is no big increase (About USD0.02/pc higher than the most normal used shaft) of the cost. Our factory can afford this small increase for our customers to make big improvement of the fan motors.

1. The Surface roughness RA of the fan shaft is: 0.0631μm =0.0000631mm
2. Straightness of the fan shaft: 5.468μm=0.005468mm
3. Roundness of the fan motor shaft: 3.894μm=0.003894mm
4. Cylindricity of the fan shaft: 11.458μm=0.011458mm
The better fan motor shaft can lower the noise by 50%, and reduce the vibration by 70%, make the life span of the fan motor longer 30% than using the normal fan shaft.
